Hey I just wanted to tell you I tried your zucchini cookie recipe this morning and was very delighted with how they turned out. The recipe I usually use has the cookies turning out pretty flat. I even try adding more flour and then that just makes them taste like flour, so I was very happy to try a new recipe. And, they actually are plump. I love it, thanks friend.
